The Group was formed in 2022 by Tim Edwards and currently has more than 35 regular members. We warmly welcome new members and provide supportive tuition in the fundamentals of drawing and painting.

Chelmsford Art Society members have enjoyed, learnt and been inspired for over 50 years. We meet twice monthly for demonstrations by professional artists. We also organise workshops and during the summer months we may meet for en plein air sessions.

Dengie D Caf is a community support group aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. The group focuses on promoting social interaction and emotional support through various activities including crafts, singing and refreshments, and meets three times every month.
